Jags is the TTS Payments and Receivables (P&R) Head for Middle East and Africa (MEA). Jags is responsible for business growth and strategy for both local and cross-border payments in MEA.
In this role, Jags engages with Global Multi-Nationals, Local Corporates, Public Sector, Payment Intermediaries, Fintechs as well as Financial Institutions. Jags has been with Citi for more than 23 years and has worked in India, US, UK and the Middle East.
Over the years, he has held progressively responsible positions and is proficient in leading growth initiatives as well as driving innovation. Jags has been selected to Citi’s prestigious VP Development Program, Director’s D2 Program and Citi’s Discover 10X Start-up program.
He has a post-graduate in Industrial Engineering and a University Rank Holder.
