

Wladimir Nikoluk is the Chief Product Officer at Novata which, now combined with Atlas Metrics, supports 400+ clients and 13,000+ companies worldwide, equipping investors, banks, and corporates with the tools they need to collect, report, and act on sustainability data.
With 10+ years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, data, and finance, Wladimir is an expert in sustainability strategy, regulation, and non-financial risk. He founded Atlas Metrics in 2021 and built it into a European market leader in sustainability data management. The platform serves hundreds of banks and venture capital firms, using award-winning technology that combines scalable architecture, intuitive workflows, and AI-driven insights to simplify sustainability reporting and risk identification. Previously, he served as Resilience Intelligence Officer for UNDP’s Syria crisis response and as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he helped multinational corporations adopt advanced analytics and machine learning
solutions. He also founded and led ImmerLearn, a data science consultancy that supported corporations, NGOs, and funds in measuring and improving their social and environmental impact, and advised intergovernmental institutions, including the EIB, UN, and OECD.
Wladimir holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a MA in Public Policy from Harvard University, where he was awarded the McCloy Scholarship and the Social Innovation and Change Initiative Fellowship. He is a TEDx Speaker and World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
