Previously, Wissam spent 12 years as an Advisor at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, where he helped design and transform the machinery of UAE Government, including
developing the Agile Government Framework and the Public Sector Innovation Framework. He also oversaw cross-government policy and change programs related
to government strategy, structure, and innovation.
