Maitha Alblooshi is an electronics engineer by profession and a youth leader by passion, as well as the founder of Be You. She is currently working as a Scrum Master at one of the largest banks in the UAE. Maitha has a true passion for hosting and speaking at public events.
Her goal is to be an example of what a young, vibrant Emirati woman can achieve and to inspire Emirati women based on her life experiences and lessons learned.
She was awarded Youth Leadership Excellence twice in 2022, named one of the Top 50 Global Inspirational Women to Watch in 2023, one of the Top 50 Leaders to Watch in 2023, and recognised as one of the Most Influential Women in 2023.
