She also runs her own legal practice. Her expertise spans banking, fintech, IT & IP, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, investment, and capital markets transactions. She helped startups find the right setup to ensure a smooth international expansion, including in the US.  Additionally, she provides invaluable counsel on sensitive employment matters, employment restructuring, and data privacy issues.
