
H.E. Ahmed Khalfan Al Mansoori

H.E. Major General (Ret.) Counselor Ahmed Khalfan Al Mansouri is a distinguished Emirati leader renowned for his exceptional contributions to law, culture, innovation, humanitarian initiatives, and the promotion of tolerance and intercultural dialogue within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
He currently serves as the Advisor for Civilizational Communication at the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable Establishment. Previously, he served as the Secretary-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Tolerance Award, where he played a significant role in advancing initiatives that foster coexistence, peace, cultural understanding, and humanitarian values.
Throughout his distinguished career with Dubai Police Headquarters, H.E. Al Mansouri held several senior leadership positions, including Director of the General Department of Bodies and Facilities Security and Director of the Emergency Department. His leadership was marked by a strong commitment to institutional excellence, innovation, and strategic development. He later continued his contributions in the cultural and humanitarian sectors through his appointment as Advisor for Civilizational Communication at the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Islamic Culture.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, H.E. Al Mansouri combines legal expertise with visionary leadership and a profound commitment to social responsibility. In recognition of his innovative contributions to public service, he was awarded the prestigious “Innovative Government Employee” Award in 2009 under the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
H.E. Al Mansouri has also played a prominent role in several major regional and international initiatives. He served as a member of the Supreme Committee of the World Tolerance Summit held in Dubai in 2018, Deputy Director of the Zayed bin Mohammed Family Forum, and Chairman of the Future Innovation Summit held in Dubai in 2025. His remarkable efforts and achievements have earned him numerous awards and recognitions from respected institutions both within the UAE and internationally.
Born in Dubai in 1966, H.E. Ahmed Khalfan Al Mansouri is widely regarded as a respected figure in the fields of law, culture, tolerance, and community development. Beyond his leadership roles, he is also an accomplished poet, author, researcher, and media writer with numerous publications and articles across diverse disciplines. His acclaimed book, “We Said and They Said About Tolerance,” has become an important reference for researchers and scholars focusing on tolerance and intercultural communication.
In addition to his literary and intellectual contributions, H.E. Al Mansouri is a distinguished inventor who holds seven Guinness World Records, reflecting his passion for innovation, creativity, and impactful achievements. His lifelong dedication to humanitarian work, public service, and societal advancement continues to inspire future generations and reinforces the mission of the Future Innovation Summit in promoting innovation with purpose, humanity, peace, and global collaboration.
